Shipping Policy
To ensure that your package is properly delivered, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. We do not take responsibility for any incorrect information provided at checkout. If there are any issues with verifying your address, we will contact you.
We are not responsible for any orders lost in transit nor are we responsible for any damages that may have been caused while in transit with USPS. If your package was lost, you would need to contact your nearest USPS post office and provide them with the tracking number that was sent to you once we shipped your order. This would be a matter between the customer and USPS. We cannot replace your package if lost, this is a risk taken when ordering online.
After your payment has been verified and authorized, it can still take a day or two to process your order. This is just an estimate though, and does not include weekends or holidays. You will receive your order 4-5 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date the order is placed. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, please contact your local post office.
